Continuous Ordering
The Continuous Ordering version of Manna Manager is a powerful solution for fundraising programs that use the cash and carry in addition to normal ordering. The continuous ordering program allows users online to place an order at anytime. In addition, continous ordering also allows the fundraising program to run a cash and carry operation and record all transactions as well.
Differences
The difference between Manna Manager and Manna Manager with the Continuous Ordering option is two fold. First, with the continuous ordering option, your fundraising program will be able to accept and run a cash and carry operation at any time. The administrator or volunteer who is running the program will input the order into Manna Manager at the point the sale is completed. The certificates can then be handed to the purchaser. A counter sales form is provided to make entering the order fast and easy.
Another difference between the two versions of Manna Manager is the online user sales option. Normally, a user can place and change an order at anypoint during the ordering period until the deadline is past. With continuous ordering, the user will make a one time order, similar to a shopping purchase online. The users order will then be processed and available for pickup or delivery. The order may not be edited or changed.
Which version is right for our program?
Manna Manager is a very adaptable program to almost all fundraising organizations. If your fundraising program does a significant amount of cash and carry, we suggest ordering the continuous ordering option. If you allow your users and families to place and change orders over a period of time (1 week, 2 weeks, etc), then collect and process all orders, or if your program does not run a cash and carry operation, Manna Manager 3.1 is an excellent choice.
