Inventory and Reports
Manna Manager tracks and reports all changes to your certificate inventory on a real time basis. The inventory report lists the amount of each certificate in stock and the denominations. As you fill the orders for each period, the value of each order is automatically subtracted from the inventory so you always know how much of each certificate is available. Just purchased more certificates? Simply input the value of your purchase and it will be added to the inventory to be used and sold.
Not sure if your inventory will cover this week's orders? At any time the total for all the period's orders are available and checked against your inventory. Manna Manager will let you know if you need to purchase more certificates to fill a specific order.

Reports and Vendors
Manna Manager generates printable reports for each period's orders sortable by vendor, by purchaser, or a detailed list. Similar reports are available to track and print payments, credits, inventory, and track program expenses.
Do you purchase your certificates from more than one vendor? Manna Manager allows you to set up multiple vendors and track how much you need to order from each. Stop doing all the work yourself. If it's easier for the users to by certificates from you, we made it even easier for you to stock the certificates from the vendors.
